NEAL ARWOOD
Neal is the Chief Administrative Officer of Net3 IT, overseeing the Finance, HR, and Purchasing departments and ensuring the organization’s smooth and efficient operation. Since joining the company in 2014, he has served in both Sales and Operations roles delivering successful projects for local and multi-national clients. With over 25 years of experience in technology, his leadership and technical experience provide a unique perspective and value for Net3 IT and its clients.  He has a rich background in consulting, network infrastructure, VoIP phone systems, and software development. In his spare time, Neal enjoys tennis, gardening, smoking meat, and volunteering in his community.
JEFF SCOTT
Jeff is the co-founder and COO of Net3 IT. He oversees the Engineering, Projects, and Service departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. He has a proven track record of improving operational performance, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. With over 38 years of experience in technology and business, Jeff has led several successful projects and teams as a CIO, a Director of Consulting Services, and a manager of Global Networks. He has a deep knowledge of software development, network infrastructure, telecommunications, and staff management. Jeff is passionate about delivering high-quality services to his clients and creating a positive work culture for his employees. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys traveling, playing music, and volunteering in his community.
PATRICK HOBBS
Patrick is the Chief Revenue Officer of Net3 IT. He joined the company as the Operations Manager and has since led the service delivery and customer satisfaction teams. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Patrick deeply understands the challenges and opportunities businesses face in managing their technology. He has held various leadership positions in Sales and Operations, where he earned a reputation for driving excellence and exceeding customer expectations. At Net3 IT, Patrick is responsible for developing and executing the revenue strategy and marketing functions. With his expertise and commitment to excellence, Patrick plays a key role in ensuring that Net3 IT delivers the highest value to our clients. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys gardening, sports, and volunteering in his community.
