Our company started out small. With only two people (one full-time and one part-time), we initially offered chief information officer (CIO) contracting and labor. Our goal at the time was simple: meet the needs of executive teams looking to improve their strategic value. In our first year, we managed to bring in a gross revenue of $8,236 a month.
As we assisted our clients, we came to notice a common theme that couldn’t be ignored. Organizations in the Knoxville business scene were looking for something more than CIO services. They needed a provider that could manage their technology effectively, so we decided to pivot and become an IT company offering a full set of solutions like managed IT, security, voice over internet protocol (VoIP), and strategic and executive guidance.

In the last 10 years, Net3 IT has grown a lot since being a two-person operation. We’ve expanded our company into a team of 14 full-time employees and 23 members. Consisting of technicians, consultants, and C-level executives with decades of experience, Net3 IT is more capable than ever. Our level of knowledge and commitment to delivering the IT services you need has made us an authority on business information technology.

Additionally, we’ve expanded our operations to support businesses internationally.
We’re proud to say we have a retention rate of over 95%. We’ve gone from earning $8,236 in gross monthly revenue to over $250,000 a month. We are projected to close $3.5 million in annual revenue this year, a testament to our success.
